Dr Valentina
GMC-registered aesthetic doctor practising from UNTIL Marylebone — a skin-first approach to injectable aesthetics, conservative technique, and written treatment plans.
Training and credentials
Dr Valentina qualified MBBS from the University of London and holds full licence to practise from the General Medical Council. Her postgraduate training in aesthetic medicine is the Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma from Harley Academy — the highest academic qualification available to UK aesthetic injectors, and a prerequisite for the kind of clinical work done here.
She is one of 120 clinical trainers accredited nationally by Interface Aesthetics, teaching advanced injection technique to other qualified doctors, dentists, and nurse prescribers. She is a registered practitioner with the JCCP and a member of BCAM, the two primary UK professional bodies for aesthetic medicine.
Clinical philosophy
Treatment at this clinic is skin-first. The condition and behaviour of your skin — hydration, collagen quality, photoaging, barrier function — usually has a larger impact on how you look than any injectable intervention, and addressing it first produces better long-term results than leading with filler or toxin. For many patients the written plan ends up combining a prescription skincare protocol with one or two staged injectable treatments, rather than the multi-area filler package that some clinics default to.
Conservative starting doses are the second anchor of the approach. Adding more product at a 2-week review is always possible; removing overplaced product requires hyaluronidase and a recovery period. Every first-treatment patient receives a complimentary 2-week review for exactly this reason.
Patients and practice
Dr Valentina has treated over 2,400 patients in 8 years of aesthetic practice. Approximately 72% of first-treatment patients return within 6 months, reflecting relationship-based rather than transactional practice. Her patient base is geographically concentrated in Marylebone, Mayfair, Fitzrovia, Chelsea, and Kensington, with regular patients also travelling from the home counties, Europe, and the Middle East for appointments.
Approximately 30% of Valentina Session attendees leave without booking treatment — some not yet ready, some recommended against treatment for anatomical reasons, some preferring to consider the written plan at home. This is by design. The goal of the practice is the right treatment at the right time for the right patient, not universal treatment.
Safety and regulation
All injectable products used are prescription-only medicines or CE-marked medical devices sourced from licensed UK suppliers. Hyaluronidase for filler dissolution is stocked on-site for immediate correction of any complication. The practice carries full medical indemnity insurance and operates under GMC Good Medical Practice guidelines, not the looser framework applicable to non-medical injectors.
